Return & Refund Policy

Every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right. The guarantee covers vials that are unopened, with the seal intact, and in their original packaging.

Vials can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date as long as they are unopened, with the seal intact, and in their original packaging.

• Email research@veritybiolab.com with your order number (it starts with VB-) and the item(s) you want to return. You will hear back within 1–2 business days.
• We email you a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label and drop it with the carrier.
• Once the return arrives and is checked, we issue your refund.

We refund the card you paid with within 5 business days of receiving the return — the whole order or the returned items. Your card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

Card payments are processed by TagadaPay. Your card statement shows the charge, and any refund, as LINDEN AVE MANAGEMENT — Linden Ave Management, LLC is the company that operates Verity Biolab. If a charge from LINDEN AVE MANAGEMENT looks unfamiliar, email us with the date and amount and we will find the order.

If something arrives damaged, email us a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it — your choice.

Email us right away if you need to cancel. If the order has not shipped we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, follow the return steps above once it arrives.
