Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship internationally, to US territories, or to freight forwarders; orders to those addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

If you need your order by a particular date, contact us before ordering to confirm the current dispatch timing. We send you the tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping is free on every order. The total you pay at checkout already includes it.

If tracking has not moved for three business days or a package arrives damaged, email research@veritybiolab.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund without waiting for the claim to finish.

Check your address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to reship it.
