All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. Not for human consumption, not a drug, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic use. By purchasing, you acknowledge you are a qualified researcher and assume full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and lawful use under all applicable regulations. When you place an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the products are for laboratory research use only.

Product descriptions, research summaries and certificates of analysis describe the material we supply. They do not establish that any product is safe or effective for human use.

Verity Biolab is a chemical supplier and is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for any reason, including a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to; if we do, we will refund anything you paid in full.

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping and any applicable tax; the total shown at checkout is the amount you are charged. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Card payments are collected at checkout by our third-party payment processor, TagadaPay. Card details go from your browser directly to the processor; we never see or store your full card number. The charge appears on your card statement as LINDEN AVE MANAGEMENT, the legal name of the company that operates Verity Biolab.

Subscribe & Save orders are charged once, at checkout, at the discounted price. We do not currently charge your card again automatically; each later order is placed and paid for separately.

Shipping destinations and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including our 30-day money-back guarantee, are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

You agree to provide accurate contact and shipping information and not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial purposes without permission.

Our products are research materials. You are responsible for handling, storing and using them safely and lawfully, as set out in section 1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linden Ave Management, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
